We had a comfortable stay in a clean room with lovely French Indochina architecture. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The location was great, with tourist spots such as the presidential palace and war museum nearby. We enjoyed the wide variety of restaurants in the area, including Japanese, Korean, seafood, and Thai options. The gym, equipped with modern facilities, was a definite advantage.
There were some issues with noisy housekeeping in the morning, and the excessive use of plastic by the hotel was concerning.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff treated us like VIPs, going above and beyond to provide exceptional service. From the manager to the housekeeping team, everyone was professional and thoughtful. The bellboy was especially warm, bright, and cheerful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a great bed and separate air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was spacious with a luxurious rain shower. We also appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine with a dryer, as well as a small kitchen, sofa, and workspace. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the main tourist areas and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The free wifi was reliable, and the full set of cutlery and plates made dining in the apartment easy. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
